PERSONAL TRAINING

We believe that player development should be a process to master skills, not just learn them. In today’s personal training environment, too many trainers pack a month with training sessions and never give players a chance to fully develop what was taught before moving on to the next skill. Players see better results training with us because we confront new weaknesses and dive deeper into the game. We only work with players 2-3 times per month, so they have the time to rep and learn new skills before moving on to new ones. This is why players see much better results working with us.

Micah's checklist system has been proven successful for all players we’ve worked with, from young players to NBA All-Stars. The effectiveness of this Checklist system was well documented as it helped transform Victor Oladipo into the NBA’s 2018 Most Improved Player and an NBA All-Star. All certified I'm Possible Trainers are trained to utilize the Checklist with their players.

+ All Around Checklist App: You will have access to the whole library, the ability to track your progress, and get ongoing mentorship with Brett.

+ Brett holds the player accountable for sending videos of them doing the homework when not training with Brett.

+ Please contact Brett within 24 hours to get your first workout scheduled.
